To build a smooth, user-friendly experience for booking on-demand car wash services while ensuring clarity, convenience, and trust throughout the process.
Challenges Addressed
During the research phase, several usability and service-related gaps were uncovered that limited customer engagement and satisfaction.
Confusing booking flow: Users found it difficult to select the right service package or schedule appointments.
Lack of clarity: Service details and pricing were not communicated transparently.
Inconsistent visuals: The interface lacked a cohesive style and brand identity.
Limited feedback system: Users couldn't easily track status updates or review completed services.
Design Approach

Design Concept
The concept emphasizes convenience, clarity, and a sense of freshness—reflecting the essence of a clean car. The interface combines soft blues and whites to evoke trust and cleanliness, paired with rounded elements for a friendly and modern appeal. The goal was to create a visually balanced, engaging app that feels both functional and refreshing, mirroring the Bright Wash brand promise.
