Challenges Addressed
Through user research and competitive analysis, several obstacles were identified that hindered a smooth tracking experience.
Complicated tracking flow: Users found it hard to locate shipment details and status updates.
Poor data visualization: Tracking information was presented in an unclear and cluttered way.
Lack of personalization: The app did not adapt to different user needs or delivery types.
Minimal notification system: Users missed important updates or delivery alerts.

Design Concept
The design concept centers around reliability, clarity, and movement—capturing the dynamic nature of deliveries. The visual identity blends warm gradients with bold icons to guide attention and reinforce trust. A minimal layout ensures quick readability, while motion cues subtly communicate delivery progress, creating an engaging, real-time tracking experience for users.
