Project Goal
To build a unified HR solution that streamlines onboarding, attendance, and performance tracking while offering an intuitive and consistent user experience for both administrators and staff.
Challenges Addressed
During the analysis stage, several operational and usability issues were uncovered that limited productivity and user satisfaction.
Fragmented user flow: Key HR functions were scattered, making navigation time-consuming.
Outdated interface: The legacy design lacked clarity, hierarchy, and brand alignment.
Inefficient data management: Viewing or editing employee records required multiple redundant steps.
Low engagement: The system offered minimal interaction or feedback, reducing user motivation.

Design Concept
The concept revolves around professionalism, structure, and trust. The visual language combines clean grids, balanced typography, and subtle color tones to reflect corporate simplicity and clarity. Interactive dashboards provide at-a-glance insights for HR personnel, while employees experience a smoother onboarding journey. OnboardPro’s design ensures that managing people feels organized, approachable, and effortless.
